Special Weekly Token Bundle Tophat

Just a specially designed tophat for those weekly token bundles. Y'know that laser tophat? Maybe a bowling tophat that is white and has the bowling carpet design on the band. Or another laser tophat with the cyber junk city design on that. I've wanted a pink tophat for a while, that'd be awesome. I really sound like a broken record with these tophat suggestions, but we haven't had any new tophats for a couple of years. Orange and purple tophats for Halloween? IDK just another tophat to be color-coordinated with my outfits. White, black, and green do not fit with too many. Patchwork is also hard to support.
