Could I get an item reward from P4 glitch?

I have reported a certain glitch on recroom.com/sec-vuln and it got a p4 rating.

I would love to redeem an item from this, but I don't know what I can get. or if I even can get an item.

  Hi there - At the moment, I believe if you submit a bugcrowd submission, you will get compensated in cash. 
  
  You can try requesting that you be given an item instead of cash, but we strongly recommend that you just stick with the cash reward instead.
