Ridiculous ease of getting banned

I think its a little harsh to ban my children for a month from using rec room all because of an age ban. They forget to switch accounts when playing. That simple mistake should not force them to be banned for an entire month. You let random little kids report and the follow up is simply banning my child? And my ban appeal was denied? I stated I understood what occurred and would take steps to fix that issue, and the ban appeal is denied? SMH shame on you guys.

If a player under the age of 13 is on an adult account and gets reported for being an underage player, the account will be converted to a junior account for the players safety.
