Bring back the old loading screens when logging in that shows the recent news, and theres like a bunch of avatars posing and stuff

  We stopped doing these due to time, and because we needed to start considering loading screens for both screen mode and VR. If you have any suggestions on how we can make our existing loading screens more cohesive and helpful, let us know.
