Scroll down feature for leaderboards

We should be able to scroll down leaderboards to see stuff like the top 11-20 or 21-30.

Since we got rid of the 2 weeks button on the leaderboards I think we should add these.

Just little arrows you could click to go up and down the leaderboard.

Its likely if they add a scroll bar for the leaderboard menu they will probably also update the UI to the new style.
