Option to not send token earnings to creators without RR+

There should be an option for room co/owners to not accept token earnings if they don't currently have RR+. This would allow other room owners to earn more tokens while not wasting them on someone who can't even claim them.

Or better yet, allow people with RR+ to claim their earnings, but not use them without RR+.

  You can just change each co owners earnings percentage.

  Yes, but this is intended to be more of an automated thing rather than "hey owner I'm not gonna have RR+ this month" "Wait nevermind looks like I am" "Hey owner can you re-enable my key earnings on this really old room and also all other rooms we have together"
