Seat - Lock Player View

Basically another option for seats where it can also lock the player's view and stops them from being able to rotate and look around in their chair. An option to adjust how much they can look around would be useful too.

Actually just a feature to lock a player's view in general would be excellent since we can basically lock movement with seats but we can't lock rotation

  How would this work for VR though?

  This wouldn't be possible in VR.
