Whip Point Gizmo

A Whip Point Gizmo would output an exec, and the player interacting when hit by a whip, so making various mechanics from crescendo can be a lot easier, and also without using janky methods like plate breaking.

There would also be a toggle, which allows whips to attach to the point like the actual grapple points in crescendo.
