Better Rec Buggy Customisation

I think a full-colour Rec Buggy skin is silly, as it means almost every buggy you race against will now be the same cyan colour. Rec Buggy skins should instead be artefacts or shaded patterns on your car that give it some kind of unique style, while allowing it to keep whatever colour the map creator has set it to.

Also, it’d be cool if there were a bunch of cheap skins to choose from that would apply only to the wheels or cage of the buggy, so you could make your buggy even more unique!

  An example of this would be having a lightning bolt pattern or a camo pattern, but since it’s just shading, it would use colours based on a buggy’s natural colour and have blue lightning or green camo, etc etc.
