A Disable hand type function with maker pen.

I've been using the maker pen a lot lately and about 95% of the time my left hand is just being used for the menu. However, at times I go to select a button and it grabs the project or the pointer goes off in a weird angle. If there was a setting in the menu just to disable Left/Right hand, like the invers of using maker pen for menu, the other hand only works with the menu.

  The "Disable off-hand grabbing" option was added and helps resolve this issue.
