Set Vignette Chip

Sets the Comfort mode's vignette.

Inputs:

Execution to start

Player to effect

Float to set opacity

Float to set the intensity

Color port to set the color for the vignette

Outputs:

Execution after sending the input exec.

I hope this gets added to the game. The vignette can work very well for alot of situations in custom rooms. Plus the ingame vignette is very cool.
