Support for adding circuit boards in circuit boards in CV2

This would really help my builds a lot. I was so tired of having just all of the wires and stuff in one chip, where I can better organized my wires and circuits with separate child and grandchild circuit boards.

Plus it would be a lot easier to make binary chips like 8-bit adders.
