Automatically Remove Withlist Items When Received

Automatically remove items from the wishlist when received.  This would apply for anything that is a one-time purchase item.  For example, consumables would remain on the list even after purchased, because they can be purchased multiple times.

  Probably not remove them, but make it very distinguishable that the players wishlist already has this item.
  Some players use their wishlist as items they love.
