Receive an email when reported

I believe there should be a method to allow people to receive an email when they are reported, this should be on a weekly basis to prevent witch-hunting, where you get a copy of every report you've received against you (in a single email).
The feature should be implemented in the Emails section of your profile on Rec.Net (https://prnt.sc/ukk0pt)
The reasoning for this is people can be restricted from certain features such as screen-sharing simply on the basis of the reports they've received.
I also recommend not including the actual message sent by the reporter, and only the category of report it was in, as this can also be used to witch-hunt.
This will greatly improve a players knowledge of their moderation status, and may actually improve their behaviour in the long term.

I don't know if there should be an email for every report, or a summary at that, but do believe there should be some more granularity and transparency if it comes to receiving a ban. All to often I see people claim they received a generalized ban and they only thing they can think happened was a swarm of kids reporting for being to good in X game. Then when it comes to the appeal you still don't get all the details or any evidence for that matter that you were the one at fault.
