"Remove Straw" Option for the Scarecrow hat

With the new addition of being able to wear hair with helmets that previously removed your hair (thx btw), there are some "helmets" that have some clipping issues. One in particular that kinda bugs me a little more than the rest is the scarecrow hat, which has straw sticking out from the inside of the hat and along the sides of your head.

It'd be nice to have an option to toggle the straw that sticks out, as it clips through a lot of the common hair styles.

I know this probably isn't something that'd be considered important, as this only affects the few amount who have the cosmetic (and it's just a hat), but I thought I'd might as well make a post about it.
