Player playlists and notes

It would be nice to add notes to specific people's accounts, very often people change their username and display name and there is no way to tell who they are, player notes would be very helpful for that. 
It would also be nice to have player playlists, being in multiple communities makes it hard to keep track of everyone, player playlists could make your friend list more organized.
