Improved moderation for owners/co-owners for the map

It would be amazing for owners/co owners to be able to have a separate logging system for each map that does not delete and they can still see even if they were not in the same instances or in the room in general, a way for us to be able to see who initiated a vote kick on who, and to be able to see who instant kicks and bans a user from joining the map, this would be very useful for a little extra moderation for owners of a map. It could be put under a log page with in the moderation tab in a room that opens a new window with a live table of action with date/time and the user that initiates it and what user they initiate it on.
