No more split tests.

Split tests are stupid. Instead, we should have an "Experimental" tab in our settings menu to toggle these features on and off.

  I agree, forcing people to have these split tests, like the Reacts Only split test, is stupid, I like the idea of the Reacts, I don't want to be forced to use them when others still get to use the Emotes
