Mute notification button on players

Add a player profile button to mute player notifications.

Some players spend their days inviting their entire friend list into their room for extra visits. It can become quite annoying to have these people as friends, and sometimes it's not possible for us to remove this kind of person from our friend list.

The idea is that when the player we've muted invites us; requests an invite; etc... the notification doesn't appear on our screen with the notification sound but appears only in the notification area of the watch menu.

This means we won't be spammed by players who invite all their friend requests. Being spammed by players who don't invite you for yourself but only to get visits can become really annoying and can degrade players' gaming experience.
