allow room creators to edit room leaderboards

have it so room creators can delete people from room leaderboards and have them be able to clear leaderboard also. i need this cause what if someone cheats or hacks a room to make their leaderboard score really high i need to remove them from the leaderboard then cause they cheated :( and also leaderboard reseting cause maybe like before a room publishes u can reset it and also maybe if the room does like seasons can reset it for each season or something.
