I can't load into the main menu!
It just goes to a black screen!

Hey, two of my friends had this problem, and they said they had to factory reset their Headsetse. so I don't know for sure if that works or not but like if its really an emergency to get on rec room then try that

I don't have a vr headset, I'm trying to play on my phone, it's a moto g 5G - 2023 edition, and I can't load into the game, it just goes to a black screen.

Now it's saying that it has failed to download the asset pack and rec room must be installed from the Google Play store.
