I need to know about RR+ add settle for subititle caption when people speak we can see bottom word caption subititle because I am deaf too

  I suggest getting some sort of software that allows your audio to be captioned and displayed. I'm not too sure about some of the software out there that do that, but I'm sure there's a few good ones that will do the job.
