Hands stuck on floor

I open up rec room and my hands are stuck on the floor unable to do anything Is there any fix for it at all??

  Same here on 2 different quest units now! Bummer and I hope it is resolved soon, for my son's sake.  I believe they are aware of the issue, as there is a big banner on the support page about this.

  Hey nick, so I found somewhat of a workaround

  If you make a new meta quest account and log into rec room on that account it ends up working
  While annoying and tedious it’s completely free and works
  Until they fix this I have to play on a different meta account for rec room but I still get to play rec room on my rec room account

  I agree they need to fix this asap idc what they are doing right now work on this it literally is gonna become a virus and then next thing u know alll the vr user are affected by this
