Add a separate tab for Beta related props and chips

Finding all the new chips in one place can be difficult, if we put the beta chips and components all under one tab, it will allow us to see all the newly added beta features for those who cannot go into the discord server, on top of that it will allow the Developers to keep track of what chips are in beta or already released.
