New message types

The message types from when you hit in paintball and dodgeball, and when you steal flag in paintball. The other message type the one when you are out in paintball or a team scores. Also, we should be able to add small subtitles under all message types (except for the existing CV2 subtitle, that is a subtitle itself), just like in the RROs.
