CV2 Chip Search

Add a way to search for chips placed in a room within the makerpen, much like how when chips highlight themselves when an error is selected, when you search for a chip it will highlight the closest mached chip name to your search.

Additionally, being able to search for data types, and or values within data types like string variables, would also be immensely helpful. As we approach having no limits with the current chip limit it's imperative we have a tool like this to our disposal.

This was already suggested over 2 years ago, yet no notoriety or progress has been mentioned so, I beg you to save me the 15 minutes it takes each time looking for that one chip that you know is causing ALL the PROBLEMS!
