The ability to test your RRS room locally without having RR+

Since you need to have RR+ to be able to sign into your account on RRS now, you're currently unable to play and test the room locally before buying it to upload/publish.

So it'd be a really nice feature for people to be able to play and test the room locally without the need to RR+, which would be needed to upload the room to rec.net.

I feel like this would be very useful for people who want to make rooms with RRS, but don't have RR+ yet. This would also be useful for playtesting the room and making it playable before publishing it with RR+.
