Moderators / Co-owners : Glow Outline

Sometimes when I join a friend in a map to use maker pen... I sometimes, due to distance / height it's hard to spot where my colleague are. Could or would it make sense if player is greater than a certain distance and player is holding maker pen... to put a thin glow around the other creators? Would help me out.
