Add Customizable Duration and Type to the Show Notification Chip

Currently the show notification chip is forced to show a notification that takes up the whole screen and lasts only 3 seconds. This ends up being problematic in cases where you want smaller notifications or longer durations for longer text.

The types of notifications could be the ones that take up your whole screen, take up half of your screen, and the one that appears in a banner
