Screenmode Chat Interruptions

Fix a small bug in which, when certain Hud elements like "Show Notification" would intercept player typing and would usually make the player accidentally delete the whole text. Examples of this are the Game Announcements (Coach Starting, stopping, invite players) and UGC Announcements (CV2/CV1 Show notifications)
