Grabbable accessories

Accessories which you can equip maybe 1 or 2 of, and grab from your backpack menu. No actual use case outside of looking cool and maybe being a noisemaker. For example: Having a portable confetti gun would be a lot cooler and certainly more functional than trying to snipe someone with a bubbly.
