My computer won't acknowledge that I am clicking my VR buttons after I bring out my streamer camera

Just like the title says my computer can run PCVR just fine but after I bring out my streamer camera my computer won't acknowledge that I am actually clicking my VR buttons and when I move my control stick I am stuck in one spot. Does this happen to anyone else? Any help would be appreciated!
