Room name hogging

Could something be done about taking room names? Currently if you're trying to create a room (for example) called ^pinocchio You can't cuz it's already taken by a room that is private just for the name and maybe never gets used So maybe it's an idea that everyone can get the room name until someone actually published the room with the name

  From what I've heard is that they won't do it if the person is active.
