Rec.Net Comment Section @ Responses

i've been noticing people having full on conversation in rec.net comment sections and i think it would be cool if when you "@" someone in a comment, it would notify them on rec.net. but not in the notifications tab because that'll just be burried with everything else. i think it should just appear as a little pop up on the right side of the screen with the option to click on it and go to the comment.
