Allow rotation and positioning of any hat item (maybe even RR+ exclusive/addon)

I know RecRoom want's to outright limit the ability to move certain hats, or lock hats from being moved. But certain looks were very cool or almost perfect looking with the ability to move certain hats past their limits, some to avoid clipping or even some to make a completely unique look.

I would love this feature to be natively supported ever since RecRoom has patched the hat positioning issue as of their latest 3/20/2023 update that broke the bow hat glitch.

I would even be willing to pay extra on top of my RR+ subscription, even consider it to be like add-on perks you can purchase along with RR+ for exclusive features to beta avatar customization options, or just to bring the idea of rotating the hats I have to be unique to me.
