Be able to make your vehicles move

Lets say you make a vehicle from your own imagination and you want it to move, just like the cars that when you hop in it it moves by moving the steering wheel and it moves by the wheels actually turning. it works by the axles of the car and the engine. what if we can do that to our cars that we make with our own engine sounds and be able to get moving axles for the front and back wheels to move. so front axles turn the wheels left to right and the rear moving the back wheels forward or backwards. so if you can add axles that we can attach to vehicles that we make, for e.g that truck that guy made using V2, but now that we have working vehicles without CV2 we can use that for vehicles that we make.

  Or just,use cv2? rec room creation (asides from being visual) is not designed to be easy, but is instead designed to make anything.
