Maker Pen Customization | And More (Circuits)
My main idea for making the maker pen custom is adding wings to the side of the menu that have categories or make a new button/ change the pallet button to have a page that will show custom categories you can make and within those you can add items, inventions, circuits, etc.
In addition to that themes added to all the menus would be a cool feature. Each menu could be selected as a different theme. Maybe make a market place similar to shirts for it?
In addition adding more customization, to pc players being able to change the current makerpen button or other control settings not to mention the possibility of being able to have the settings configured to switch to a specific menu with one click. Also maybe a combination of buttons for other VR users for a similar control setting? (May not be as useful with the upcoming release of engine).
On a circuit side of thing I would like to see a buy menu chip that basically prompts you to a store. To prevent spamming of it maybe limit to a rate of every 30 sec unless its receiving a input from a manual input (ex; button, interaction volume). Or just have spamming it against Creator COC.
Another Cool Thing to add would being able to customize using circuits the badges people have next to their names to preset and or custom badges. I do however see the impersonation issue with it, so be advised of that.
(Yes, Im aware that most of this will become mostly obsolete once the engine comes out)
Detecting a manual input would be impossible with cv2-1
Nibbugas : Detecting a manual input would be impossible with cv2
It is possible with Buttons, Trigger Handles, Interaction Volumes and some other stuff.1
There are a lot of cool ideas, I really like the personalized category and the wings on the sides (a bit like the quick menu of vrchat).
However, I don't think they will implement the themes (it would be cool but I think it's too niche). But if they do that, it would be cool to do it for the watch menu too <30
