3D Loading Screen

Basically, this would just make it so when both VR and Screen users load into Rec Room they see a 3D scene in front of them showcasing the most recent update features or something exciting. If this is too much, it could show the regular screen loading screens but as a curved screen with maybe some 3D aspects with a floor beneath the player.

This would also be a really cool feature for loading into any room, to see its loading screen up ahead on an actual screen in an actual room while you wait.
