Better Dark

Even the darkest settings in rec room isn't truly dark; I have no idea why this isn't already in rec room, either being an engine limitation or a design choice but I think that creation opportunities could broaden with true dark.

  I think its because of material reflections. Even in the most dark lighting you can still see reflections on materials which makes it look brighter.
