More options to manipulate Colors

Would like to have CV2 chips that include:
Create a Color from RGB float (0-1)
Create a Color from RGB int (0-255),
lerp support between Colors,
and Vector3 to Color conversion

  Float RGB and HSV chips have been added.

  Lerp color support has been added.

  Int RGB and Vector3 conversion support are not planned.
