Additional Support
If you were unable to recover your account using the steps above, contact us here. Choose "Account Hacked or Stolen" as the "Login Issue" and fill in the requested information. It may take our team 1-3 business days to review your ticket. Our team may ask follow-up questions if needed.
Note: If an account recovery is denied due to insufficient verifying information, the account cannot be recovered. Subsequent attempts to recover the account may be ignored.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your tokens were spent while the account was taken. We can attempt to recover what we can; however, some limitations prevent us from recovering everything.
