If you are getting the message "Your device isn't compatible with this version" when looking at the Google Play store listing for Rec Room, this may mean that your device is not powerful enough to run Rec Room, or it is not compatible.
As a general guideline, here are some rough guidelines that indicate your Android device may be supported:
- Phone or Tablet released after June 2019
- 4GB of RAM or more
- Running Android 10 or Android 11
Even if your phone meets the criteria above, there's a chance it is still not supported. We are aware of this and working to make sure Rec Room on Android runs well on every possible chipset we can.
