Network Issues: Try a different Wi-Fi network or switch to cellular data. Restart your network if you can't log in on any device. Check our Discord for status updates.
- Incorrect Login Information: Verify your login details are correct by logging in to rec.net. Reset your password here if needed. Ensure you are entering your information correctly.
Additional Help
Try entering your email address in the username field to log in. Please also ensure the iOS auto-capitalization feature does not interfere with logging in by following these steps:
- Open Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Keyboard
- Tap Auto-Capitalization to toggle it off
- Try logging in again
If you still have trouble, reinstall Rec Room. If the error persists, try creating a new test account. If you cannot create an account, contact Apple Support for further troubleshooting.
