If your iOS device is banned, you will see a message similar to the one below:
This device has been banned.
This device is blocked from Rec Room because another player on this device received a ban for violating the Code of Conduct. You can play Rec Room on this device again once that player's ban is up.

Removing the Device Ban
If you are receiving the device ban notice, follow these steps to remove the ban:
- Wait until your account ban ends
- Log into the Rec Room account that caused the ban using your same iOS device and iOS account
That's it! Your device ban should be removed. You may need to close the app and reopen it.
Note: Once your account ban has ended, you can play on other platforms normally as this restriction only affects iOS devices.
Device Bans from Associated Accounts
A device ban might be from an associated account if you've logged into another person's device or vice versa. Be sure to only log into the accounts you've created!
To remove the device ban, sign into the account that was initially banned using the same iOS device and account.
