Create the Report
1. Start at https://recroom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and select Bug Report from the first drop-down menu.
2. Make sure you include these helpful details:
- The name of the room the issue occurred in
- What were you trying to do?
- What happened? (Step-by-step - the more detailed, the better!)
- How many times did the bug happen?
- What have you tried so far?
- Screenshots and video
Investigation
We've received your report and sent it to the relevant teams for review. Depending on the severity and impact of the bug, it may take time to track down the cause and deploy a solution.
What's next?
If you're still experiencing the bug, don't worry! This just means that your bug is still under investigation. Some bugs can be fixed fairly soon, while others may take weeks or months to resolve.
While day-by-day updates are unavailable, you can check if your issue has been resolved in the Ship Notes. You're always welcome to add information or feedback to your original report.
