Resetting the password for a junior account requires a registered parent account.

If you have a parent account registered:
1. Log in to the parent account on rec.net/settings
2. Click the 'Juniors' button and select the cog next to the junior account you wish to manage.
3. Use this menu to change the password.

If you do not have a parent account registered:
1. Launch Rec Room and log in to the junior account you wish to manage.
2. Navigate to the profile page in your watch and select 'Edit' at the top right.
3. Select the 'Account Settings' button and press 'Set' in the box labeled 'Register Email'

4. Enter any email address belonging to the parent/guardian of the player.
5. The email you entered will receive a link to confirm the email. Click 'Confirm Email' to continue.
6. From here, you will be taken to this page, you can use an existing non-junior account, or you can create a new account (ensuring the date of birth accurately reflects that of the parent or guardian). The account you choose/create will now be the registered parent account of the junior account you wish to manage.
7. If you opted to create a new account, you will receive another email containing the login information for the new parent account.
8. Follow the steps detailed in the first section of this article.
